Here’s the other project I’ve been working on this week. Just finished them up today. I’m running the unit with a total of 9 guys, one with a Missile Launcher and lead by Sgt. Telion.
Sgt Telion’s rules are just too good to ignore. Now that Telion’s squad benefits from his Stealth rule, it’s only 50pts to get Sgt Telion and buying Cammo Cloaks is 24pts. So you get all that Telion has to offer over a normal Sgt for only 26pts more. So good.
Since these are pretty much the only models in my army that won’t be wearing helmets, I had to figure out what to do for their skin colour. I’ve made it known in the past that I’m really not a fan of the recent change from African American skin tone to “Onyx Black” skin, so I kept with the older fluff and made most of them African American. I slipped in a few Caucasian guys as well as I figure each marine would take to the Geneseed implant slightly differently and they might not all take on their Primarch’s skin tone. But mostly it was just to mix it up a little.
